Lodging Policies
Thank you for choosing to stay at the Gold Mountain Manor. We look forward to your visit. Please read through our policies before making a reservation. If you have any questions, please call us at (909) 585-6997.
Check-In
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you're booking a same-night reservation, please call us at (909) 585-6997 to confirm room availability and to make sure that we are expecting your arrival.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Cancellations
There is a 14-day prior to-arrival cancellation notice required. Reservations made within 14 days may not be canceled. If canceled within 14 days, you will be charged for the entire amount. If canceled before the 14 days you will be charged a $25 administrative cancellation fee. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Children
Children ages 5 years and older are welcome so long as appropriate arrangements have been made. Children must be included in the reservation and counted towards the maximum capacity for the room.

Guests arriving with children under the age of 5 years without prior approval and/or children that have not been counted towards the maximum occupancy, will not be allowed to check in and there will be no refunds- NO EXCEPTIONS!
The manor is not child safety proof! In addition, there are many antiques that need to be protected. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Any/all property damage that occurs will be your responsibility.
Additional Guests
Additional guests must be included in the reservation and counted towards the maximum capacity for the room. Each additional adult will be charged $40 per night; Children ages 10 to 17 will be charged $40 per night; Children ages 5 to 9 will be charged $20 per night.
Guests arriving with more people than the maximum occupancy for the room will not be allowed to check in and there will be no refunds- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pets
We welcome well trained and friendly dogs in our pet friendly rooms only. Our two pet friendly rooms are the Ted Ducey Suite and Cozy Pine. These two rooms are located on the main floor, making it convenient for taking your pooch outside for relief. When making a reservation for one of these rooms, please note that you will be bringing your dog(s) and specify the breed of the dog(s). No more than 2 dogs are allowed in each room. We charge a pet fee of $40 per night for up to 2 dogs; with a maximum charge of $120 for the duration of your stay. This fee covers the cost for housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning and sanitizing the room after your departure to be sure it is free of all pet hair and dander for our next guests.
Guests arriving with more than 2 dogs and/or dogs for unapproved rooms will not be allowed to check in and there will be no refunds- NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do not leave your dog(s) unattended in your room! Even though your dog may be well-behaved at home, unexpected behavior can occur when in an unfamiliar place. In addition, consistent barking is disturbing for other guests and will not be tolerated. You are required to keep your dog(s) on a leash at all times when in common areas inside the manor, on the veranda, and outside in the garden. You will be responsible for any property damage caused by your dog(s). Also, please make sure to clean up after your furry friend(s). Our garden and grounds are for all guests to enjoy and nobody wants to step in dog doo-doo.
Breakfast
Our gourmet breakfast is served at 9:00 AM. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to inform us. Breakfast is only available for guests staying at the Manor.
Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask guests to respect this time period as other guests may have retired for the evening and for our neighbors' peace and quiet also.
Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the manor, on the veranda, or within 25 feet from all entrances. If smoke is detected anywhere inside the manor, there will be a $500 charge per room where smoke damage has occurred. This covers the cost of dry cleaning all the drapes and comforters as well as steam cleaning the rugs, carpeting, and upholstery as needed. Smoking is only permitted outside, away from other guests, in the designated smoking areas provided. There are two, clearly marked, smoking areas with receptacles. One is located along the driveway at the side of the manor, the other is at the far end of the garden. Please be polite and dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are not transferable.
